These are some of the photos I took once the radio arrived back home.

The radio came boxed in plywood and styrofoam. The first photo below shows the cabinet on the pallet. You can see remnants of the packing material on the right.

The shipper (Craters and Freighters - St Louis, MO) placed styrofoam in the front fo the dial holding the doors open.

The entire radio was shrink-wrapped, and then had 1" Sytrofoam placed on all sides and top.. The plywood case was then constructed to tie everything together. The radio was in great shape when it arrived.
